More than a box for your thoroughbred
Due to the size of our property we can provide a large number of day yards, so your horses can thrive in the fresh air and sunshine. At our Stable facility, they will be away from the hustle and bustle of the racetrack in a peaceful and quiet country environment and yet remain close to all Metro tracks.
A new stable barn is currently under construction
To further expand the available accommodation and offer even more amenities, our new facility will provide 38 additional boxes with feed bins, automated watering system, 3 feed rooms, office/lunchroom, tack room, sawdust and manure bins, wash bays, tie ups and a dedicated walker and treadmill. Some of these boxes are still available for lease, but if you have specific needs or require a larger volume of boxes, we have the space to facilitate this also.

The Lofty Group stable already features several amenities, and we can accommodate any other specific needs that may be required. A new barn is currently under construction, which will further expand the available accommodation. Current facilities include:

- A sub-zero spa
- Two horse walkers
- Wash bays
- Tie-ups
- A treadmill
- A 24-hour surveillance system
We provide all the above on a secure, long-term lease for trainers wishing to move their operation to Cranbourne.

Julius Sandhu trains and cares for all of our thoroughbreds on site. Their response to him in the stables and their performance on the track since being in his care, proves his dedication, passion and skills time and time again. He is a pleasure to work with and ensures the well-being of our horses remains first priority.

Built To Your Specifications
Our beautiful property has the capacity for more than 180 new horses boxes, all with day yards and whatever training facilities are required by our tenants. Our vision is to continuously scale our facility by building additional boxes as required and work closely with our on site trainers to constantly improve and expand it’s amenities.
